1. The Service
KoolDrama ("we", "us") is a short-drama streaming service delivered as a mini program inside TikTok ("TikTok Minis"). We offer episodic short dramas you can watch on your phone. Some episodes are free; others require unlocking with Coins or an active subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must meet TikTok's minimum age requirements to use KoolDrama. Individual titles may carry their own age ratings (for example, 16+); you may only watch a title if you meet its stated rating. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You access KoolDrama through your TikTok account (including TikTok's silent-login where available). You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
4. Coins, Unlocks & Subscriptions
- Coins are a virtual currency used to unlock episodes or bundles. Coin packages are sold at the prices shown at checkout (for example, packages sized for single-episode, multi-episode, or full-season unlocks). Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or other consideration.
- Unlocks apply to the specific episode(s) or season shown before purchase and remain available on your account for as long as the title remains published on the service.
- Subscriptions, where offered, bill on a recurring basis through TikTok's payment system at the price and interval shown before you subscribe. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your TikTok payment settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- All payments are processed securely by TikTok. We do not collect or store your full payment-card details.
5. Refunds
Because Coins and unlocks are virtual goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or by TikTok's payment policies. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.
6. License to Watch
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for your own private, non-commercial viewing. You may not download (except where the app expressly offers offline viewing), copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly perform any content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; (b) scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any technical protection or paywall; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) misrepresent your age or identity.
8. Content & Availability
Titles, episodes, prices, and promotions may change or be removed at any time. If a title you unlocked is removed for reasons beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement or credit.
9. Intellectual Property
All dramas, artwork, trademarks (including KoolDrama), and software are owned by KoolMind Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
10. Third-Party Services
KoolDrama runs inside TikTok and uses TikTok's login, playback, and payment infrastructure. Your use of those features is also subject to TikTok's terms and privacy policy.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoolMind Studios LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 5, 9, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in California, as permitted by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the service; your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
